About the method
Of all the variations of the Ovulation Method, the Billings Method is still the simplest. The Doctors Billings insist that there is no need for a thermometer, an internal exam, or especially any hormonal monitors. According to the authentic Billings Method, a woman can tune in to her fertility simply by being aware of her changing developing pattern of fertility. Any woman can be taught all that is needed in one introductory class followed by several individual chart reviews. This is one of the methods taught in the Archdiocese of Detroit.
