Offers case management emergency services and medical assistance for homeless and residents in the 48226 zip code. Serves the downtown disabled and senior population with a holistic approach to the needs of the body, mind and spirit.
The outreach center distributes food and clothing to homeless, unemployed and working poor residents in the 48201, 48202, 48208, 48216 and 48238 zip codes. Open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
