Six priests ordained for Detroit

The Rev. Messrs. John C. Bustamante, Paul S. Czarnota, Pawel K. Kaczmarczyk, Robert S. Liberty Jr., James E. McNulty and Anthony C. Richter, were ordained priests last Saturday by Cardinal Adam Maida at the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament. (Story Page 16.)

Cardinal Maida announced the following first assignments for the newly ordained, all effective July 1:

n Fr. Bustamante – appointed associate pastor, St. Frances Cabrini Parish, Allen Park.

n Fr. Czarnota – appointed associate pastor, Our Lady of Victory Parish, Northville.

n Fr. Kaczmarczyk – appointed associate pastor, Guardian Angels Parish, Clawson.

n Fr. Liberty, appointed associate pastor, the National Shrine of the Little Flower, Royal Oak.

n Fr. McNulty – appointed associate pastor, Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Plymouth Township.

n Fr. Richter – appointed associate pastor, St. John Neumann Parish, Canton Township.
