The Vatican makes public a long-awaited document on seminary admissions with regard to homosexuals. The nine-page instruction from the Congregation for Catholic Education comes after more than eight years of study and internal discussion. Detroit's seminary rector describes the document as "a guide, a help to ensure we're doing the best we can to form young men for the priesthood."
