Thousands are Homeless
CRS Responds to Hurricane Felix's Devastation

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Caritas, its local Church Partner in Central America, are among the first responders on the ground in Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador in the wake of the widespread destruction wrought by the category 5 Hurricane Felix. 
 
Thousands remain homeless and in need of supplies.  Among the items being distributed by CRS are emergency rations, essential non-food items, plastic sheeting for temporary shelter, water, cooking kits, mattresses and sheets.  more…
