Thousands march against immigration bill

DETROIT — The review and recommendation phase of Together in Faith is coming to a close. The latest information on the historic strategic planning process involving all schools, parishes and vicariates in the Archdiocese of Detroit, under way since the fall of 2004, is now available online at www.AODonline.org.

Detroit – The Archdiocese of Detroit is not about to lose $40 million or $23 million or $17 million because the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center in Washington, D.C., has not drawn as many visitors as had been projected, an archdiocesan official has said in response to recent newspaper stories.
