Detroit — Catholics all around the metro area last weekend lent their prayers, presence and voices to the effort to end legalized abortion. Monday marked the 34th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the U.S. Supreme Court decision to ensure the legality of killing unborn children in all 50 states throughout a woman's pregnancy.

Detroit — Churches and pro-life organizations are holding a number of events on Jan. 21 and Jan. 22 to mark the 34th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision by the U.S. Supreme Court. That decision, along with the accompanying decision of Doe vs. Bolton, assured the legal killing of unborn children throughout all 50 states at any point during pregnancy.
