For Bishop Quinn, a warm sendoff to chilly Minnesota

The bishop was honored, and teased, by fellow priests at a dinner that followed a Vespers service at the seminary on Nov. 24.
He will serve with and then replace another former Detroit auxiliary bishop, Bishop Bernard Harrington, who has been head of the diocese since Jan. 6, 1999.
