Cardinal Maida to celebrate Chuck Daly’s funeral Mass

Cardinal Adam Maida, archbishop emeritus of Detroit, will celebrate the funeral liturgy for former Detroit Pistons coach Chuck Daly tomorrow in Florida. Cardinal Maida will be available at 5 p.m. at the Retreat Center at St. John’s , 44011 Five Mile Road in Plymouth, to speak about his background and friendship with Daly. He will be available for reporters at the main entrance of the conference center. This will be the only media availability for Cardinal Maida before tomorrow’s funeral liturgy.
