'Requiem' performances draw nearly 3,000

Norah Duncan IV was the first person to be presented the "Changing Lives through Music" award from Anne Parsons, President & CEO of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and Irvin Reid, President of Wayne State University.

This award from the Detroit Symphony Orchestra was to recognize Norah Duncan IV for his 25 years as musician at the Cathedral, as well as his many contributions to the cultural life of Detroit.
