Natural Family Planning, NFP, is a way of life by which a couple recognizes natural, biological signs of fertility and infertility. To avoid pregnancy the couple abstains from all sexual contact during the fertile time. To
achieve pregnancy the couple engages in marital intercourse during the fertile time.
Individual chart reviews are recommended for effective use of any NFP method. Chart reviews can be arranged by contacting an NFP teacher or the Archdiocesan coordinator.
