Early Childhood Association
The Early Childhood Association is a group of concerned ministers focused on the religious development and spiritual formation of the young child ages 3-5.
Objectives:
- To provide an annual workshop showcasing catechetical techniques for the formation of the young child using music, games, storytelling, puppetry, and Scripture.
- To host a sharing of ideas gathering highlighting the best practices in various parishes.
- To be available to assist, answer questions, and provide resources for those who minister to the young child.
Membership:
- The association committee consists of catechists, section heads, Directors of Religious Education, parents, and an associate director from the Office for Faith Formation & Catechetics.
- This organization meets 6 times a year to plan and carry out our objectives.
- The committee always welcomes new members.
