New Option for Parishes using the Worksheets
If you use the Worksheets to prepare the Budget Report, the Worksheets are now "linked" to the Budget Report (Budget Report Form Linked). In other words, you only need to input the financial data into the Budget Worksheets file. It is important that you open both files while working so that the financial data will be "pulled-through" from the Budget Worksheets file. Any corrections/changes must be made in the Worksheet file.

 

New Format for Worksheets
The budget report worksheets for each unit (i.e. Christian Education, Elementary school, High School, Non-Parish School, etc.) have been combined into one worksheet with a tab for each unit.

 

Parishes that Do Not Use the Worksheets
If you do not use worksheets, download the Budget Report Form Unlinked file (Budget Report Form UnLinked) and manually input your financial data.

 

New Instruction for Submitting Budget Reports
Please email the completed Budget Report Excel File to: BudgetReports@aod.org

and

Please submit the Budget Report Cover-Summary with the required signatures and the Parish Budget Report Summary in one of the following ways:

• Email a .pdf file of both documents to: BudgetReports@aod.org

If for any reason you cannot download the Excel file due to a technical problem, please contact the Archdiocese of Detroit Office of Information Technology at ITHelpDesk@aod.org or (313)-237-5797.

 

If you do not have the capability to download these Microsoft Excel files, either because you do not have Microsoft Excel or your system cannot complete the download, please contact Robert Kopec at (313)-237-4645 or by Email, and he will mail the appropriate forms to you (either on a CD if you have Microsoft Excel, or paper forms if you do not have Microsoft Excel).
