Black Catholic Ministries

Black Catholic Ministries evangelizes the African-American Catholic community through parish-based efforts of pastoral leadership and Black Catholic organizations. This ministry connects and informs various bodies in the archdiocese, especially the clergy, pastoral ministers, lay leadership, schools, community organization, and ecumenical events. The mission is to highlight, enhance and celebrate the contributions of the Black Catholic community as it shares its gifts with the Church and society.
