Office for Leadership Services

The Office for Leadership Services provides assistance, resources and formation for Parish Pastoral Councils and Commissions. The office provides assistance to parishes that may be experiencing change due to the transitioning of their pastoral leadership, or the forming of new parish structures through clustering, merging and/or closing.

 

The Leadership Services Team offers staff development, pastoral planning, leadership training and conflict management at the parish and vicariate levels. Resources are available to assist parish/vicariate to identify the needs and recognize the gifts of emerging ethnic groups of new immigrants and to celebrate our diversity as an archdiocese. Numerous resources are available through this office, both in print and video, many in Spanish and English. Leadership Services coordinates the Archdiocesan Pastoral Council.
