The four teams with the best three-game records in the games between teams in their group will play the team from the other group with the best record among the three teams.

Division 1, Group B
De La Salle, Divine Child, Notre Dame Prep, St. Mary's Prep

Division 2
Bishop Foley, Cabrini, Gabriel Richard, Fr. Gabriel Richard, Shrine Catholic

Selection Seedings:  The top-seeds in Divisions I will play in the last championship game on Saturday.  Teh top-seeds in Division II will play for the Division II Championship in the preceding game.  Eight teams will be assigned crossovers according to regular-season group finish.
(The league has the option of changing crossover opponents.)  The 4th place team in Group B will have a BYE.

The Catholic League tiebreaker for hockey will be a five-goal margin of victory.  In the event there is still a tie, the least number of penalty minutes in games involving tied teams will determine playoff position.

Each team must play the other two teams in its group at least once in the regular-season.  If all teams in the group play each other twice, then both games count towards the league championship seeding.
