Sr. Mary Louise Affholter Girls' Track Award   The Sr. Mary Louise Affholter Award is named in honor of the late long-time principal and teacher at Detroit East Catholic, who was a tremendous supporter of educational athletes and of the Catholic League. She died in 1988. This award is presented annually to a female athlete, who has enjoyed academic success in the classroom and was a member of a varsity track & field team.   Winners of the award are: 2008 -- Kristen Goncalves, Ann Arbor Fr.
