Ms. Szczepanski is Assistant Dean of Studies and Assistant Professor of Theology in the College of Liberal Arts. She began at the seminary in 1999 as the Director of Academic Affairs in the Institute for Ministry. 
 
Ms. Szczepanski attended St. Mary's College in Orchard Lake Michigan where she received a Bachelors of Arts in 1979.  She attended SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary and received a Masters in Religious Education in 1983.
 
Ms. Szczepanski has served the Archdiocese of Detroit for 28 years as Coordinator of Youth Ministry, Director of the Youth Leadership Department in the Catholic Youth Organization and Regional Coordinator for Leaders in Youth Ministry.
 
In addition to her responsibilities as Assistant Dean of Studies and Assistant Professor of Theology, she serves as academic advisor to undergraduate students.  Her committee assignments include the Institutional Assessment Committee, Undergraduate Commuter Admissions, and the AAM/Diploma Degree Committee.  She co-chaired the Institutional Accreditation Visitation of the Association of Theological Schools and the Higher Learning Commission in 2004.
