2009 Gala Raffle - Contest Rules Effective Date January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009 Grand Prize:  2010 Chevy Camaro SS. Suggested ticket donation is $10 per ticket. Contest open to legal residents of the United States of America, 18 years and older. All sales end at 7:00 pm on June 10, 2009. Winners agree to appear in all promotional materials and have their name and likeness shown.  One grand prize ticket will be drawn between 7 p.m. - 10 p.m., June 10, 2009 at The Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn, Michigan, at the Gala 2009. Need not be present to win.  Winners will be notified by June 17, 2009. Should the raffle not be able to occur on June 10, 2009, the drawing will be held at Sacred Heart Major Seminary on June 11, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Should the raffle, for any reason, not be able to be conducted at all, a full refund will be given by December 31, 2009 to all those who purchased tickets. Winners will be responsible, upon delivery, for all applicable title, licensing, freight, setup, prep, delivery and other fees, and all taxes, including IRS withholding tax.  Delivery of vehicle within Michigan only.  The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
