Operation Rice Bowl is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Detroit and Catholic Relief Services. 75% of the funds raised are used for international relief and development projects and 25% are distributed within the diocese for local programs. CCHD projects in our diocese and throughout the United States support low-income people as they work together to improve educational opportunities, create jobs, and improve access to services for the disabled.
