Father Todd Lajiness
Dean of Studies and Assistant Professor of Philosophy, Sacred Heart Major Seminary

Fr. Todd Lajiness was ordained to the priesthood in 1995, he served as Associate Pastor at Our Lady of Victory in Northville, Michigan.

After serving in many roles in Rome, Fr. Lajiness returned to the Archdiocese of Detroit and was appointed Director of Undergraduate Formation at Sacred Heart Major Seminary and began teaching.

His weekend assignment is at St. Mary Queen of Creation Parish, New Baltimore. Father Lajiness was appointed by His Eminence Adam Cardinal Maida to serve as the Dean of Studies in 2003.

Fr. Lajiness also serves as an appointed member of the Archdiocesan Presbyterial Council; Chair of the Committee for Continuing Education and Formation; member of the Board of Trustees for the Catholic Youth Organization and the Catholic Youth Organization Priest Task Force; and Archdiocesan Chaplain to the Knights of Columbus.
